The armed forces says the refinery is capable of processing "11 million tons of oil per year" and provides "40-50%" of Moscow's diesel and gasoline. In a statement, it adds that it also hit a production station in Orlov, which it says is important in managing an oil pipeline supply to a seaport in St Petersburg.
